Our Services

I help founders and operating teams make better decisions about technology, money, and process — then build the systems to execute on them.

Jib Client App

Jib — Engagement Management Platform

Jib is the engagement management platform I'm building for Bigio Advisory clients. Status updates, messaging, documents, and AI-assisted research — all connected to one project timeline instead of scattered across email, Slack, and shared drives.

Delivery Approach

Hybrid Delivery Framework

Every engagement follows the same structure: understand the problem clearly before building anything, define what 'done' looks like in measurable terms, then ship in short cycles with honest reporting at every checkpoint. No surprises, no scope fog.

Discovery

Stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and baselines. Recommendations get grounded in how the team actually operates, not how the org chart says it should.

Plan

Prioritized roadmap with real staffing and budget numbers, milestone ownership, and a dependency map that flags what could go sideways.

Execute / Iterate

Two-week delivery cycles with working demos and clear acceptance criteria. Scope adjustments happen in daylight, not buried in change orders.

Closeout / Scale

Go-live readiness, hands-on knowledge transfer, and a written playbook so the team doesn't need me to maintain what I built.

Strategy & Analysis

Strategy & Analysis

Most of my strategy work starts the same way: someone's about to make a big technology or financial decision, and the vendor pitch doesn't match the operational reality. I build the analysis they actually need. Cost models with real assumptions, selection frameworks tied to their priorities, implementation plans that account for what usually goes wrong. I've done this for $250M+ federal programs, ERP migrations, and disaster recovery operations. The deliverable is never a slide deck. It's a decision the team can defend.

Featured Work

Enterprise System Selection Advisory
The Challenge

Four vendors were pitching four different versions of 'best fit' for a multi-year, six-figure platform commitment. The organization had no internal framework to compare them honestly.

What We Built

I ran a vendor-neutral selection: cross-functional workshops, 120+ weighted criteria, total-cost-of-ownership scenarios, and decision memos tied to how the team actually operates.

Impact

Leadership picked the right platform, avoided a costly mismatch, and kept a reusable decision framework for future investments.

Automation & AI

Automation & AI

I build tools that remove the manual work teams shouldn't be doing. Proposal systems that cut cycle time from days to hours. Monitoring that only alerts when something actually changes. AI with validation loops so the output is trustworthy, not experimental. Everything I ship has a clear owner, measurable throughput, and a reason it exists beyond 'automation is good.' If it doesn't save time or reduce errors on day one, I rethink it.

Featured Work

Proposal-to-Delivery Desktop Platform
The Challenge

Sales, design, and delivery teams were re-entering the same information across tools. That caused requirement drift, margin erosion, and a 5-day proposal cycle that should have taken hours.

What We Built

I built an Electron app that connects proposal logic, design assets, and requirement extraction into one workspace with exportable client-ready deliverables.

Impact

Proposal cycle went from 5 days to same-day. Requirement gaps get caught before engineering kickoff instead of after.
